MyMastery provides access to high quality, professionally-produced original content classes for a one-on-one experience with South African icons who share insights into their craft and journey to success - a first within the South African e-learning space.

What is included in a MyMastery class?

Each class includes a series of about 12+ lessons of 13 minutes or more of video-on-demand content, which you can enjoy in your own time. Lessons include insights, guidelines and demonstrations on the relevant subject dependent on class (i.e cooking, workouts, special techniques) and a downloadable workbook for added information.

How do I access and watch classes?

Simply purchase any MyMastery class of your choice and enjoy watching the class and all its lessons via the website or on the official MyMastery app, downloadable at the App Store and Google app stores.

Can I download the class, all the lessons and the workbook?

Yes, you can download the lessons for offline viewing on the app, which is available on the Apple App Store and Google App stores. The workbook is available on both the app and online.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

MyMastery offers a 30-day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your class purchase, just email us at hello@mymastery.tv and we will refund you the cost of the class.

What is the difference between a class and a lesson?

Each MyMastery instructor gives a dedicated class which comprises of on average 15 individual lessons of approximately 8 minutes each. When you purchase a class, you receive access to all the lessons within the class including the free downloadable workbook.

Do I have to complete a class in a specified timeframe?

No, MyMastery classes is self-study at its best and you can complete the class at your own pace. You receive unlimited lifetime access to every class that you purchase.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

I'm new to MyMastery, where should I start?

All our classes are suitable for anyone. Simply start with whatever suits your interest. You can enjoy everything at your own pace and pick up right where you left off. If data is a concern, make use of the app and select which lessons you’d like to download to view later at your leisure.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

What payment methods are available for MyMastery?

A single class can be paid for via credit card or debit card.


How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page & Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

My credit card is being declined & Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes, both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.


To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast & Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.


To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years & You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

How do I receive a Certificate of Completion?

When you have completed watching all lessons in a class and you’ve downloaded the workbook, please email us on hello@mymastery.tv with your Name, Surname and MyMastery username requesting a Certificate of Completion. We will verify that you have completed the class and issue you with a certificate within 72 hours.
